MISAHAT_NOON : CLOSING CEREMONY

مساحات نون » هو برنامج موجه لتكرم جميع النساء اللواتي تم إسكاتهن بسبب العنف – سنستمر في قول أسمائهن.

تهدف المبادرة الى تسليط الضوء على هذه المسألة الحساسة وتوعية الناس حول أهمية التصدي للعنف والتمييز بناءً على النوع الاجتماعي.

تضمن البرنامج على امتداد 12 شهر بحوث ودراسات لفهم أعمق لأسباب وعواقب العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي، وكيف يؤثر ذلك على الأفراد والمجتمعات بشكل عام.كما تم تنفيذ تجارب الواقع الافتراضي، بهدف خلق تجربة قريبة من الواقع لدى المشاركين في البرنامج.

واستند البرنامج أيضًا على دراسة للمشكلات الهيكلية والثقافية التي تسهم في تعميق هذا العنف، وتم تحليل النتائج والبيانات التي تم جمعها لاستنتاجات أكثر دقة وتوجيه السياسات والإجراءات المناسبة لمكافحة العنف المسلط على النساء.

وفي مرحلة متقدمة من البرنامج تم استدعاء الفنانة ومصممة الرقص هاذر هارغنتون لتشرف على اقامة فنية لمدة 5 ايام مع 9 فنانين-ات اشتغلوا مع بعضهم البعض على انتاج عمل فني مشترك يدوم 25 دقيقة، حيث اجتمعوا معًا للتوعية بالعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي ودعم ضحاياه من خلال الحركة والرقص.

وفي المرحلة الاخيرة من البرنامج وبدعوة من قسم الفنون البصرية تم استدعاء الفنان الجيلاني بالشيخ لانغماسه والتزامه بالقضايا الانسانية، يكون ذلك في اطار اقامة فنية مدتها شهر ونصف يحاول فيها الفنان تقديم معرض فني مختلف التعبيرات ومرتكز اساسا على الصورة الفوتوغرافية في فضاء no name artistic studio lab.

سيتم افتتاح معرض « نُون » يوم 30 جويلية على الساعة السادسة بالمركز الثقافي الخاص NO NAME artistic studio lab يعكس نتائج ومخرجات البرنامج. سيتم استخدام الصورة لإيصال رسائل حول ضرورة محاربة العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي وتعزيز المساواة والتعايش السلمي بين الجنسين.

من خلال هذا المعرض، سيتاح الفرصة للجمهور للتفاعل مع الاعمال الفنية وفهم أكثر للتحديات التي تواجهها النساء المعنافات

MISAHAT_NOON l CLOSING CEREMONY

« MISAHAT NOON » is a project dedicated to honoring all women who have been silenced due to violence – we will continue to mention their names.

The initiative aims to shed light on this sensitive issue and raise awareness about the importance of combating violence and gender-based discrimination.

The project spans over 12 months and includes research and studies to gain a deeper understanding of the root causes and consequences of gender-based violence and its impact on individuals and communities at large. Virtual reality experiences were also implemented to create a realistic experience for the project participants.

“MISAHAT NOON”was also based on a study of structural and cultural issues that contribute to the perpetuation of this violence. The collected data and results were analyzed to draw more accurate conclusions and guide appropriate policies and actions to combat violence against women.

In an advanced stage of the project, the artist and dance choreographer Heather Harington, was invited to oversee a 5-day artistic residency with 9 artists, working together to produce a collaborative art piece lasting approx. 25 minutes. They came together to raise awareness about gender-based violence and support its victims through movement and dance.

In the final stage, and upon the invitation of the Visual Arts Department, the artist Jilani Ben Cheikh was called upon for his involvement and commitment to humanitarian issues. He conducted a month-and-a-half-long artistic residency where he aimed to present an art exhibition with various expressions, primarily based on photographic images, in the space of « No Name » Artistic Studio Lab.

The exhibition « NOON » will open on July 30 at the Cultural Center « NO NAME artistic studio lab » and will reflect the results and outcomes of the program. The photographs will be used to convey messages about the importance of combating gender-based violence and promoting gender equality and peaceful coexistence.

Through this exhibition, the audience will have the opportunity to interact with the artworks and gain a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by marginalized women.
